@jsonbecker Nice! Listening now to my list. Until now, I simply used the Made For You lists to discover new music I like (and resurface old music I like).
@patrickrhone It has been on my mind as well. Lot's of great insights, but so far I haven't done anything concrete with it…
@herself I basically use it for anything related to information and thinking. It is my task manager, my diary, my CRM and research assistant. Most of my use is work related, but there is also a lot of personal stuff in my Tana database. For example, I am investigating which hiking shoes to buy and just wrote down some notes on a few of them.
@jeroensangers Never mind, I just found out that each Substack newsletter has its own RSS feed, so their is no need to use Kill The Newsletter!
Nos I only have to change the feed addresses in my reader app.
@Crow74 I love my Chill list! Since it's updated on Sundays, it has become the list I play when I start the week on Monday's.
By the way, I also like the Get Up! and New Music mix.
@ethanschoonover Scary indeed
@dominikhoecht I am on vacation in Potes, Cantabria (Spain)
@dominikhoecht The fact that it is not available yet in the EU says a lot more about Meta than about the EU…
@dominikhoecht The first thing I do after each vacation, to start with a clean slate
@patrickrhone Me too!
@maique Cum laude!
@Munish Well, if it actually supports ActivityPub, there is no need to try out the app, since I can simply follow and communicate with Thread users from Micro.blog.
@cdevroe I keep the native resolution, but always wear reading glasses while I’m working.
@ndreas I like sleeping! 🛌
@ndreas Thanks!!
@ndreas Which island is that? Or is that a secret by local people not to be shared with tourists? 😜
@ndreas Thanks for the tips. I will get a lot of coffee, probably visit the record store (though I don’t buy physical media anymore) and see whether we can make it to the park. As for the archipelago, we heard that in this time of your the southern islands are the nicest. Is that correct?
@mbkriegh The star system does not say anything about quality. It is just a feature checklist.
✅ Internet
@ndreas Just propose to do a pilot project in your company.
@dominikhoecht Is that an old film set?
@news Oh 😢
@iChris Interesting!
@AngeloStavrow I did not know that feature. However, it won’t solve my issue. First, because I’m used to switching text sizes through the day through my focus modes. (I use the Work mode when working in my computer with my reading glasses on and the Leisure mode for when I’m walking around without my reading glasses) The second issue are the huge differences in text size within Micro.blog: the timeline is displayed way bigger than my list of posts.
@pratik I would love to have that setting for the iOS app. I have increased the text size in iOS to be able to read my screen without glasses, and the Micro.blog app inflates that size even further. Often I can’t even fit a single post on screen.
