@ohBananaJoe It's not you. Remembering to press start and stop is simply one more mental burden and a habit to develop. Great if you have plenty of time and can work calmly, but in that case, what's the point of time tracking. I'd rather use automatic solutions such as RescueTime or Timing, but what so far has worked best for me is simply schedule a reminder every 30 or 60 minutes to ask me to write down what I did the past period.
