@joshuapsteele I guess the Paperwhite is the best option
@joshuapsteele I guess the Paperwhite is the best option
@JMaxB I usually read on my tablet and occasionally on my phone. I am investigating buying a Kindle, mainly for the screen, so I can reed also in plain sunlight.
@dominikhoecht 😃
@kaa Most TiddlyWiki alternatives are actually built on top of TiddlyWiki. My current favorite is Stroll: giffmex.org/experimen...
@kaa Besides Obsidean, you should also have a look at Zettlr. I am in between both solutions right now, as they both are build upon a simple folder with text documents.
@zorn Nice! I have been using DuckDuckGo for years, but did not know this. Thanks!!
@amit Well said!
@pratik Why do we always look for ways to create spaces without nature?
@dominikhoecht Habits are difficult to shake off…
@manton Portrait mode for text consumption and landscape mode for writing and video consumption.
@mpospese but won’t be vegan
@mpospese My mind accidentally read a comma between oyster an mushrooms 😱
@dominikhoecht I’m sure that if you use Spotify as it is supposed to be used for listening to music you like, the recommendations work perfectly.
@dominikhoecht Years of using Spotify exclusively to try out new music and see whether I like it (usually not) have ruined Spotify’s suggestions forever. Garbage in = garbage out.
That said, I am very happy with the four weekly suggested lists in Music.
@handy I’m so jealous right now…
@incanus That is exactly how I organize my tasks as well. Every Monday morning I review all pending tasks and flag those that I wish to complete that week. Then every morning I simply review only the flagged tasks and tag today’s tasks.
@canion For anything I publish online, I find 2 or more views/listens/downloads a good number, since that means that someone else benefitted from the content.
@patrickrhone What we believe in (as you would say)
@patrickrhone What a lovely picture. Lovely colours, lovely house and lovely people.
@joebuhlig I don’t care too much about mulimarkdown (any easy to use editor would do). Things I would like: templates and good delivery rates.
@joebuhlig I would, of course also considering other factors as well, such as features…
@canion The Podcaster does not need an audio interface. For all microphones you’ll need also a stand/boom (I have the König & Meyer 232 stand) and a shock mount (I use the RØDE PSM1).
@canion In my case, the setup I use is the RØDE Procaster microphone connected via the Audient iD4 to my computer. For post processing the audio I use the online Auphonic.com service.
@niekhockx One more tip for your trip to the Netherlands, @patrickrhone
@joebuhlig That’s my concern as well and the main reason I have only created two pages until now.
